Neil Frood, JD, CRPC® graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where he received a Certificate of Concentration in Financial Transactions and was the co-winner of the Prentice Hall Award for excellence in the area of Taxation. Before joining Sage Rutty & Company, Neil practiced law as a member of one of the oldest law firms in Rochester, specializing in the areas of estate and gift taxation, along with business succession planning. Since joining Sage Rutty over 10 years ago, Neil has been awarded the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM designation and now focuses his practice on helping clients plan for and take distributions in retirement.
