Melissa Cropo is Sage Rutty’s Human Resources Coordinator. She joined the firm in 2010 as an Operations Associate and transitioned into her HR role in 2013. She remains heavily involved in the operations department and is also responsible for human resources functions including benefits administration and employee onboarding.

Melissa graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in Italian language and holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

She lives in Spencerport with her husband Steve and daughter Chiara
