What Roles Can A CDFA® Execute In The Divorce Process?

Financial Neutral

A Financial Neutral has no input nor any advice, but strictly provides financial projections of proposed settlements on both parties. They can be hired directly by the client, through their attorney, or by a mediator.

Financial Advocate

In the mediation process, a Financial Advocate provides you with preliminary financial guidance before you present your proposed settlement and can attend your mediation sessions as your financial consultant.

If you do not utilize the mediation process, we work directly with you and your attorney as your advocate providing financial guidance.
