Investment Process: A premeditated and carefully calculated plan provides a much greater opportunity to accomplish goals than avoidance due to unknowns.

Time is on my side! I will be here for your children and  grandchildren. I can provide the financial continuity your family needs and deserves.

There are certain life events that require expertise to successfully navigate. While building my practice there are four events in which I deliver excellent value to help my clients navigate complex financial transitions.

Single Decision Maker: widows, widowers, and or divorcees have a unique set of challenges not exclusive to Estate transition and or Qualified Domestic Relation Orders.

Transitioning Wealth: beneficiaries of funds from a relative or close friend must prepare for tax efficient and sustainable investment practices for long term success.

2.

Retired or Nearly: baby boomers and generation Xers benefit greatly and have a better chance of living the life they want in retirement with a plan for tax efficient  income generation and investment strategies.  

3.

High Earner Not Rich Yet (HENRY): you make a good living but all of your assets are in your work retirement plan. You can benefit from my consulting service. In this service I will review employer sponsored retirement plan investment strategies, building a customized financial plan, and help answer financial questions.

My Service Commitment

  • Respond to emails and phone calls within 24 business hours
     

  • Provide proactive recommendations based on your goals
     

  • Meet with you at least once per year or as needed to review your road map and portfolio
     

  • Help your family and friends with money questions. Regardless of whether or not they have an advisor provide them my information, no strings attached.

 

About Caroline Hill, MBA

Caroline Hill is a Rochester, NY native who greatly values the rich history and culture of small and medium businesses that are the fabric of our community. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs who value hard work, personal relationships, and trust. Caroline started her career in the corporate world at Xerox Corporation. For half a decade she helped businesses improve their bottom line and crafted customized solutions. Caroline took these skills and translated them into a career of helping people; not just corporations. She is a lifelong learner. She earned her M.B.A. from the University of Akron and Bachelor’s in Chinese Studies from St. Lawrence University. She also earned an Executive Education Certificate in  Investment Management Theory & Practice Executive Education course at the Yale School of Management.  The year-long curriculum is for financial advisors pursuing the ability to provide the highest quality advice in the financial services industry.

Caroline serves as Trustee at First Presbyterian Church and is Chair of the Finance Committee. Caroline is a member of the Greater Rochester YMCA Investment Committee and the YMCA's Women in Business Volunteer Board. She is also a member and Vice President of the Allendale Columbia School Alumni Association.

Outside the office she enjoys exploring locally owned restaurants, skiing, and singing with Rocapella. Rocapella is a local acapella group that sings for people who need joy who otherwise would not have access to musical performance. She is a dog lover and resides in Rochester with her labrador Sassafras and husband Dr. Stephen Hill
