Doug is a Certified Financial Planner Practitioner™, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, and a Senior Vice President and shareholder of Sage Rutty & Company. He is President of the firm’s Parker & Burke Private Financial Practice at Sage Rutty and advises both individual and corporate clients on a variety of financial issues. Doug holds a master’s degree in Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado and graduated with honors from Roberts Wesleyan College.

Doug is active in the financial planning community, participates in the local chapter of the Financial Planning Association and is Past President of the Estate Planning Council of Rochester. Doug is a past member of Board of Directors and past Board Chair of the Catholic Family Center and participates on the Catholic Charities of Rochester Pension Committee.
