Hope joined the team as a summer intern and, after graduating from Michigan State University, she began her full-time role in 2025. As a Retirement Plans Specialist on our 401(k) team, she works closely with plan sponsors and partners, stays current with regulatory and plan changes, and helps ensure each plan continues to meet the needs of both sponsors and participants.

Hope plays an active role in the oversight of retirement plans, assisting with plan reviews, plan benchmarking, and participant support. She helps coordinate communications with recordkeepers and third-party partners, prepares materials for meetings, and supports the implementation of plan enhancements and compliance updates.
