Steve joined Sage Rutty in 2023. He started his career here as a Financial Service Associates assisting our Private Client team with daily operations. Steve has since progressed to a Financial Advisor assisting individuals and families with their personal financial needs.

A graduate of SUNY Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Steve is passionate about staying informed in the fields of financial planning and investment, often reading and listening to related content.

Steve and his wife reside in Pittsford, where they enjoy hiking at Mendon Ponds Park, participating in CrossFit, and exploring the vibrant local restaurant scene. Additionally, Steve enjoys teaching beginner guitar lessons at the Rochester School of Guitar in Brighton.
