Meet the Team
While Ryleigh has been a full-time advisor since 2018, she has been growing her knowledge base and ‘crunching numbers’ behind the scenes for much longer. She was born and raised near Conesus Lake, NY, and attended Bowling Green State University where she received her undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science. She returned to the Rochester area shortly after to attend St. John Fisher College where she received her MBA.
Prior to advising, Ryleigh's focus was as a practicing actuary, where she priced premiums to manage risk. It was a job with little human interaction and lots of number crunching, but it helped prepare her for the next chapter of her career: Financial Advising.
When Ryleigh isn't “planning away” with clients, you can find her on Keuka Lake at her family's cottage, exercising, reading, or enjoying a local restaurant with friends.
Lauren O’Brien joined Sage Rutty in 2017 and has nearly 10 years of industry experience. She is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses with the Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She is also actively pursuing her CFP® through the College For Financial Planning.
Previously a Rochesterian, but now resides in Grand Island, NY with her boyfriend Brian & dog Petey. She enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, and spending time with family.
One of the many benefits of working with a Sage Rutty Advisor is the access you receive to our Financial Planning Department.
